Because of Russia's given Manifest in February 1899, Finnish people were afraid of having to fight for Russia and they secretly applied for army education in Germany in 1914.


Finland looks beaten cause it seems more dramatic. So that Germany would approve his people easier.

I love this. The emotion in their expressions are just amazing and I'm glad to find some Germany/Finland art. I'm kind of disappointed how nobody explores the interaction between these countries. In WW2 we were pretty close with Germany, more so than with Sweden which decided to stay neutral.
